The Torah – the Book that guides the Jewish peoples’ lives. But what does it mean to you? How often have you thought about your Torah? Not only the way you have lived your life and conducted yourself up until today, but how you want to continue living from this point forward. Your Torah is comprised of your past, the teachings you impart on others and the journey into understanding what you believe. During this workshop, we will use the lessons from the Torah, Moses’ instructions, and the visions of our prophets to help us identify and verbalize these teachings, allowing us to step in to our authentic selves and “write” our Torah. A variety of modalities will be utilized to direct our exploration.. Bring a journal/notebook and favorite writing implement.
