Shabbat, Holiday Childcare and Programming
Beth El offers programming and childcare on each Shabbat and holidays for children ages 2 through 4th grade. This program takes place 52 weeks a year from 9:00 am until the end of services free of charge and without prior reservation. Children celebrate Shabbat with stories, games, and snack. Children ages 2 through 4th grade may play in the Victor Hall from 12:00 – 1:00 pm, and we will provide supervision. For more information contact Dana Rogney, Shabbat and Holiday Young Children’s Programming Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Beginning at 10:00 am, our 1st – 4th grade students participate in an enhanced t’fillot service. The focus will be on skills, choreography and meaning of the t’fillot. This will give our students a head start on the t’fillot they will begin learning in the TaRBuT program (our Bar/Bat Mitzvah preparatory program) in 5th grade.
Beth El is a proud partner with Adath Jeshurun of the Minneapolis Talmud Torah.
