Intuitive Dance is for all body types, ages and genders, we will share the experience of turning inward to listen and allow our bodies to express themselves through music and verbal guidance. The goal is to become more free, aware, and connected within ourselves and our Beth El spiritual community.
Pam Friedman has a BA in Dance from University of Minnesota, MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, St. Mary’s. She has taught and choreographed dance for all ages; more recently she has combined her interest in healing with dance and studied Dance Movement Therapy. As both a member and employee at Beth El, she is committed to helping individuals within the community “find their happy” through Judaism and dance.
