Far too often, we overlook the amazing talent women bring to fine-dining. We want to help change that. For our fifth year, we’re excited to announce that we have put together an amazing team of female Chefs.
Each chef will be responsible for a pair of courses highlighting one of the seven species of the land of Israel:
Every course will be paired with an exclusive wine flown in special for this dinner. The wine selection will flow from light to dark, white to red, as we reflect on the change of light over the course of the seasons enabling the seven species to blossom and bloom.
