An Evening to Remember

Please join us for our 6th Annual fine-dining Experience as we celebrate the nature of Biblical Israel. Whatever your past experience with Tu B’shevat has been, we can promise that you haven’t had a dinner like this. Each of our four-chef team will be responsible for a pair of courses highlighting one of the seven biblical agricultural species of the land of Israel:

• Wheat
• Barley
• Grape (Wine)
• Fig
• Pomegranate
• Olive (Oil)
• Date (Honey)

Every course will be paired with an exclusive wine flown in special for this dinner. Some of us have had the privilege of traveling to amazing wineries in Israel—this year, we will be bringing the winery to you. The wine selection will flow from light to dark, white to red, as we reflect on the change of light over the course of the seasons enabling the seven species to blossom and bloom.

For additional inquiries about the event or to reserve a table, please call 952-873-7313.
