Grades K-4
BESTY is a fun and engaging Shabbat morning program for children in grades K-4. BESTYs will connect with new friends, with Judaism, and with Shabbat culture at Beth El. In every class, participants will join in Shabbat-friendly activities and t’filot (services), and will be fed a light snack. At the end of the day, BESTYs will be brought into the main sanctuary at the end of services where parents can pick them up.
Thanks to the generosity of donors, BESTY is a FREE Shabbat morning religious school program for ALL Kindergarten – 4th grade students. This Shabbat program supplements the curriculum from Talmud Torah and Smith Jewish Academy. Children from schools throughout the Twin Cities can come together on Shabbat morning and know that they belong with their BESTYs.
